$1,700 Purse for 2015 Tri-Loppet

The 2015 Tri-Loppet will feature a $1,700 cash purse. $500 for the top male and top female General Category competitors, $250 for second, and $100 for third. For the first time the 2015 event will feature competition categories based on type of boat – with a General Category for those using a “stock” class boat, and a Race Boat Category for those using pro boats, surf skis or similar. Organizers expect the purse to attract some of the best triathletes in the area as well as great individual paddlers, runners and bikers.
