Loppet on Record Pace – Events and Waves Filling Fast

With over 10,600 registrations already, the 2014 City of Lakes Loppet Festival is on record pace and the Foundation expects several waves and events to fill completely.

  • Waves 1 and 2 of the Loppet Skate Marathon are full.
  • The Comcast Luminary Loppet is full.
  • Captain Ken’s Kubb Tournament is full.
  • The Southwest Journal Snow Sculpture Contest is full.
  • The Puoli Loppet – Classic and the Puoli Loppet- Skate are both full.
  • The Penn Cycle Fat Tire Loppet is full.
  • The Hoigaard’s Classic, Loppet Skate Marathon and REI Tour Skate and Classic are also expected to fill.

At the pace registration is going, virtually all Loppet events may fill . . .
