2019 Summer Adult Programs
Join us at The Trailhead this summer for a variety of training groups and sessions.
Strength Training for Endurance Athletes
Monday evenings 6pm to 7:30pm at the Trailhead Studio, program starts June 3. Program info and registration.
Wave 1 Rollerskiing
Advanced rollerski for skiers looking to place well in the major citizen races come winter. Meets Wednesday mornings 6:30am to 8am, starts June 5. Program info and registration.
Women’s Summer Rollerskiing
Coached by BethAnn Chamberlain runs Thursday mornings 10am to 11:30am at the Trailhead. Starts July 11 and runs 8 weeks. Program info and registration.
Learn to Rollerski
A 4 week class starting June 5, 10am on Wednesday mornings. Coached by BethAnn Chamberlain will be a great introduction to rollerski skills, training, and routes near the Trailhead. Registration link.
TRAIL KIDS Paired Adult Groups
Expand your riding skills and get fit with a strength workout in the Trailhead studio space while your kids are at TRAIL KIDS practice. 4 week groups in June and July to match the Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday TRAIL KIDS sessions. Limited to 10 per group. Register here.
M/W June 6:00pm to 7:15pm
Monday – mountain bike ride. Learn mountain bike skills and routes near the Trailhead.
Wednesday – strength training for endurance athletes. Need indoor workout shoes.
