Minneapolis (December 1, 2025) — The Loppet is pleased to announce a new Trailhead Cafe partner, open for winter, starting December 1, 2025. This interim partnership will allow park users to enjoy food and beverages amidst the fun winter activities in Theodore Wirth Park. The Trailhead Cafe will operate from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. daily starting Thursday, December 4 with more details on their menu and events coming soon.
The Loppet will launch a formal requests for proposal (RFP) process to select a long-term cafe partner in mid-December. Details about the RFP process, including timeline and submission information, will be published on The Loppet’s website.
