Midwest Junior Championships Preview

The 2015 Midwest Junior Championships & Festival will be the best event ever! Organizers are expecting hundreds of kids – with something for kids of all ages, abilities and interests. Relay races, team sprints, mass start events, individual starts, SkiCross course, Skiing Tug-of-War, Paintball Biathlon and much more . . . but all with a skiing theme . . . If your kids like skiing, they will love the Midwest Championships & Festival. (And even if they don’t admit to liking skiing they will have a great time at this event . . .)

This year’s event is the Championship event for the CXC Youth Cup and the Spring Festival for the Minnesota Youth Ski League meaning that skiers will come from all over the Midwest to compete and have fun. There are even skiers coming from Canada!

And the Loppet Foundation‘s Northeast Team will be hosting a “Waffle Loppet” on Saturday morning for members of the Loppet Foundation.

With the exception of the Festival Events, registration is online only and closes Tuesday, March 3 at midnight. For the Festival events, participants may still register on-site, but for a higher fee. Register Now!
