After Agreement with Contractor, Trailhead Project Moves Into Final Phases

The Loppet Foundation and KALCON LLC entered into a final agreement on the remaining items in their construction contract. Through the agreement, KALCON has agreed to finish the last few remaining items on The Trailhead project, and the parties have agreed on the final cost of the construction project. Both parties are happy with the result.

“We are really proud of this project,” said KALCON’s David Kalogerson. “The Trailhead looks beautiful and we look forward to seeing people enjoying it for years to come.”

The Loppet Foundation’s executive director, John Munger. added that the foundation is “really happy” with this project, and is pleased to have put construction contract negotiations behind it. “We are so looking forward to moving on to working with the Park Board to deliver great services to the public – that is what we are best at!”
