LNR Fall Training Groups Kickoff Starting September 3rd
LNR has a variety of fall training groups kicking off the first week of September. Fall is the time to get the body in shape for winter with sport specific technique, strength and fitness. Find the right group for you from locations on West River Road, Hyland and the Trailhead and dryland, rollerskiing, and strength training groups. - Fall Intermediate Rollerski – Annie Young Meadow, W. River Road, Thursdays, 5:00pm
- Fall Intermediate/Advanced Rollerski – East Bush Lake Park, Bloomington, 5:00pm
- Fall Wave 1 Rollerski – Annie Young Meadow, W. River Road, Thursdays, 7:00am
- Fall Strength for Endurance Athletes – The Trailhead Studio, Monday 6pm, Thursday 6:30am
- Women’s Strength And Plyometrics for Skiers – The Trailhead Studio, Mondays, 10:00am
