Adventures Winter Camp 2025

Give your kids a winter break they’ll never forget! Adventures Winter Camp is a two-day outdoor adventure designed for youth to explore, learn, and play in the snow. From skiing to mindfulness, campers discover new skills while building confidence, friendships, and joy in the outdoors.

Camp Details

Session 1: December 22–23, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Session 2: December 29–30, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Who: Youth ages 8–13
Where: Trailhead, Theodore Wirth Park, Minneapolis
Cost: $136.80

What Campers Will Do

At Adventures Winter Camp, youth will get hands-on experience in fun winter activities such as:

  • Cross-country skiing

  • Snowboarding & tubing

  • Nature connection & mindfulness

  • Orienteering & outdoor art

  • Team-building and games

All gear, instruction, and support are provided — no prior experience needed.

Summer Adventure Camps

At Loppet Summer Adventure Camp youth ages 8 – 13 spend their days diving into a world of non-stop outdoor fun. Kids break into small groups with enthusiastic counselors and rotate through different activities throughout the day. Activities include:

  • Mountain biking
  • Orienteering
  • Swimming and canoeing
  • Capture-the-flag, Ultimate Frisbee, and other games
  • Nature activities
  • Creative crafts
  • Archery

Drop-Off & Pick-Up Address: The Trailhead 1221 Theodore Wirth Parkway (look for the adventures table outside in the front)

Summer 2025 Dates:
Week 1: June 9th-13th

Week 2: June 16th-20th

Week 3: June 23rd-27th

Week 4: July 7th-11th

Week 5: July 14th-18th

Week 6: July 21st-25th *Girls Rock Week

    – Girls Rock week is only for female and female identifying campers

Week 7: July 28th-August 1st

Week 8: August 4th-8th

Week 9: August 11th-15th *Spanish week; must speak Spanish)

    – Spanish week is intended for native Spanish speakers
