Adventures Spring Break Camp

Looking for a spring break camp that keeps kids moving, active, and engaged all day long?

Our Spring Break Outdoor Adventure Camp is designed for kids ages 8–13 of all experience and skill levels — from first-time adventurers to confident outdoor enthusiasts. No prior biking or outdoor skills are required. Activities are thoughtfully adapted so every child feels supported, challenged, and successful.

This is a camp where kids ride bikes, explore trails, play games, problem-solve, and move their bodies — all outside, all day. We embrace every type of weather and turn it into part of the adventure.

 

Activities

  • Mountain biking & biking — beginner-friendly instruction with options to progress
  • Orienteering — fun, active challenges for all levels
  • Trail exploration & outdoor games — lots of movement, running, and teamwork
  • All-weather play — rain or shine, we keep kids active
  • Group challenges & free play — encouraging confidence and connection

      When: March 30th – April 3, 2026
      Who: Youth ages 8-13
      Where: Trailhead, Theodore Wirth Park, Minneapolis
      Cost: $368.50

      Summer Adventure Camps

      At Loppet Summer Adventure Camp youth ages 8 – 13 spend their days diving into a world of non-stop outdoor fun. Kids break into small groups with enthusiastic counselors and rotate through different activities throughout the day. Activities include:

      • Mountain biking
      • Orienteering
      • Swimming and canoeing
      • Capture-the-flag, Ultimate Frisbee, and other games
      • Nature activities
      • Creative crafts
      • Archery

      Drop-Off & Pick-Up Address: The Trailhead 1221 Theodore Wirth Parkway (look for the adventures table outside in the front)

      Summer 2026 Dates:
      Week 1: June 15 – 19

      Week 2: June 22 – 26

      Week 3: June 29 – July 3

      Week 4: July 6 – 10

      Week 5: July 13 – 17

      Week 6: July 20-24 *Girls Rock Week

          – Girls Rock week is only for female and female identifying campers

      Week 7: July 27 – 31

      Week 8: August 43 – 7

      Week 9: August 10 – 14

      Week 10: August 17 – 21

      Financial Assistance

      The Loppet provides financial assistance for those in need. To apply, please fill out this Financial Assistance form. Our staff will be in touch with you with next steps once your application has been submitted. *Limitations apply, please see the application form for rules and restrictions. In most instances there will be a $500 financial assistance cap per person/per year.
