The Ronnie Gardiner Method (RGM) is an innovative, evidence-based method that has fun with rhythm, music, and movement to enhance our brain while moving! Multisensory sessions stimulate multiple brain areas simultaneously, promoting neuroplasticity and improving cognition. RGM is for physical abilities in people of all ages and conditions. For stroke survivors, RGM has been demonstrated to improve perception of recovery, balance, grip strength, and memory. The method’s cognitive benefits extend to those with dementia, ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning disabilities, where it helps improve focus, processing speed, and bilateral integration. RGM is also valuable for healthy aging.
