Improve Your Mountain Bike Skills
Trail Adults – For adults interested in learning how to mountain bike confidently and safely or improving their mountain bike skills. This 6 week program is a combination skills training and trail riding. Each session begins with instruction on one or two mountain bike skills. Following instruction, you’ll ride the Loppet trails with your coach to practice your new skills! Trail Adults is a spin off of our ever popular Trail Kids program. This is different from our adult skills clinics. More practical application, riding typically 45-60 minutes each practice.

Fundamental Classes
This class encompasses a wide range of ability levels, whether your new to mountain biking, been riding years or somewhere inbetween. Fundamentals help establish balance, stability and control while riding. Let us help you become a more confident rider by teaching you body position, bike/ body separation, eye movement, steering, speed control, timing & coordination and pressure control. Here is a list of skills taught during the our Fundamentals Trail Adults.

Progression Classes
Many of the Fundamental skills are the foundation for the skills taught in our Progressions. This class is for those seeking to step up there mountain bike skills and you have taken our Fundamentals class or clinic, received these skills from another organization or have equivalent experience. During the trail riding portion of practice we’ll session certain trail features if rider traffic allows. Here are the skills taught during our Progressions class.

Bike rentals are available through our Trailhead Adventure Shop. Cost is $75.00 per 6 week session.

Refund Policy
The Loppet will issue a full refund of the program fee minus the original processing fee up until 4 weeks before the program starts. Between 4 and 3 weeks from the program start date, a 50% refund will be issued. There are no refunds for any cancellations within less than 3 weeks of the start of a program.
