Do I need a new RunSignUp Account?
- No, if you already have one through Loppet races and events you can sign into that account and merge your membership account using the instructions below.
If I am an existing member (all active memberships before June 18, 2026), how do I claim my Loppet Membership in RunSignUp?

Why did you change Loppet Membership platforms?
- We transitioned out Loppet Membership platform to RunSignUp to create a more consistent experience for our Loppet Community, have easy access to create a digital wallet for Members, and have a more robust software to offer additional benefits to our members.
I was previously set up on auto-renewal, do I need to do anything?
- Yes – we value your security so no payment information was included in our data transfer to RunSignUp. To set up auto-renewal in RunSignUp simply login to your account and select auto-renewal.
What are these new names (pine, birch, etc.)?
- New member tiers named after trees in Theodore Wirth Park. The pricing has had a slight increase and you will notice changes in benefits across the tiers. We anticipate growing these member benefits as the program develops. Please let us know what helps you feel in community with the Loppet.
How do I use my Loppet Membership benefits?
- Simply show your digital Loppet Membership card! When registering for programming or events, RunSignUp will automatically know your membership status because it is linked to your account so any membership discounts available to you will be applied.
How do I view my member benefits?
- Simply log into your RunSignUp account to see your Loppet Membership tier and the benefits available to you. You can also upgrade your Loppet Membership tier at any point to receive additional benefits.
