August 28 & September 11, 2025
Lace up and vibe out—Thursday Night Trail Jams is where the trail meets the turn-up!
We’re talkin’ fresh air, good people, and big energy for the whole fam. Join us at Theodore Wirth Park for a 5K run or hike through the trails, or let the little ones shine in the 1-mile youth run. And you know we couldn’t forget the dancin’ – our high-energy kids dance-off is all about joy, movement, and showing out!
Stick around as the sun goes down – local legends Tyte Phitt Band (Aug 28) and Nur-D (Sept 11) are bringing the beats live.
Come for the run, stay for the vibe. Let’s move, groove, and build community – one stride at a time.

Map coming soon!
Hit the ski trails in Theodore Wirth Park as a runner! The 5K and kids 1 mile will kick off in the lower stadium before taking you on a trail adventure around The Trailhead. See the interactive Google Course Map.
The kids 1 mile run will be untimed – we’ll start the older kids first then down to the younger ones (parents are welcome to run with their littles if they want). The 5K race will be timed with all experience levels welcome – hiking/walking encouraged and running.
Please note: Dogs are not permitted to take part in Trail Jams.
Trail Jams will feature amazing local artists Tyte Phitt Band on Thursday, August 28 and Nur-D on September 11. Outdoor concert will take place in the lower stadium in Theodore Wirth Park. All run/walk/hike participants will receive concert access with their registration, while those not participating in the run can purchase a concert-only wristband for $10. Must have a race bib or concert wristband to enter the lower-stadium music area.
Kids registration will come with two adult wristbands.
