Thursday Night Trail Jams

August 28 & September 11, 2025

Thursday Night Trail Jams

Lace up and vibe out—Thursday Night Trail Jams is where the trail meets the turn-up!
We’re talkin’ fresh air, good people, and big energy for the whole fam. Join us at Theodore Wirth Park for a 5K run or hike through the trails, or let the little ones shine in the 1-mile youth run. And you know we couldn’t forget the dancin’ – our high-energy kids dance-off is all about joy, movement, and showing out!

Stick around as the sun goes down – local legends Tyte Phitt Band (Aug 28) and Nur-D (Sept 11) are bringing the beats live.

Come for the run, stay for the vibe. Let’s move, groove, and build community – one stride at a time.
